Yagya is the oldest ritual of the Vedic world — an offering into fire, carried by mantra, made with full attention.
These three days move beyond attending a fire ceremony. With Ritika, you will learn why each step is done, how the space and the offerings are prepared, and how the mantras hold the whole ritual together.
The elements of yagya
Every part of the fire ceremony carries meaning. The immersion works through each of them in turn.
Agni
The fire
The sacred fire as witness and messenger — how it is kindled, tended and honoured.
Mantra
The sound
The Vedic mantras recited with each offering, and how to chant them with clarity
Āhuti
The offering
Ghee, grains and herbs offered into the fire — what is given, and why.
Saṅkalpa
The intention
Setting a clear intention, so the ritual becomes an inner as well as an outer act.
What you will learn and experience
The meaning of yagya
Its place in the Vedic tradition, and what the ritual is understood to do — outwardly and inwardly.
Purification & preparation
Preparing the kund, the samidha and the offerings, and preparing yourself before the fire is lit.
Mantras of the fire
Learning the core mantras and their pronunciation, rhythm and intention.
The sequence of the ritual
How a yagya unfolds from invocation to closing, and why each step follows the last.
Guided practice
Taking part in yagya under Ritika’s guidance, with space to ask and refine.
Bringing it into sadhana
How fire ritual can be held with respect and accuracy within your own practice.
Is this for you?

-
an established mantra, meditation or Kriya practice
-
studied with Ritika through the Mantra Module, Kriya or Dasha Mahavidya
