Before you join
The Kriya Module must be completed before the Mantra Module.
Mantra kriyas cannot be practised until the foundational understanding of Kriya is in place. The Kriya Module gives you that breakdown first — the Mantra Module builds directly on it.
Entering the living power of mantra
Mantra is one of the oldest forms of spiritual practice — sound used consciously to steady the mind and turn awareness inward.
The first four days are an immersion in mantra — coming into an understanding of mantra, its wisdom and philosophy, and practising mantras together with Ritika.
The final three days open a teaching pathway into the breakdown of mantra and the mantra kriyas. Mantra kriyas cannot be practised without a foundational understanding of Kriya — which is why the Kriya Module is required first.
