What sets the school apart
Why Study With Us
Many places teach yoga. Few teach in unbroken lineage, on land that holds the work, in cohorts small enough to be seen.
01
Authentic Himalayan lineage
Ritika and Eran have trained deeply in India under masters of the Himalayan Kriya Yoga tradition. What they share is not a Western remix, but lineage-based yoga, meditation, mantra, and spiritual practice transmitted teacher to student.
02
Yoga Alliance accredited
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Registered Yoga School (RYS-200), offering accredited yoga teacher training in Australia. Graduates qualify as RYT-200 — recognised internationally in over 70 countries.
03
Held on sacred land
Twelve acres of regenerated forest at Burringbar, NSW — 30 minutes from Byron Bay — holding the atmosphere of a nature wellness retreat and spiritual retreat sanctuary on Bundjalung Country.
04
Intimate, personal learning spaces
We intentionally keep our trainings and immersions personal and spacious, allowing each student to be genuinely supported, seen, and guided throughout their journey.
05
The full Vedic toolkit
Most schools focus only on asana. We teach Kriya Yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mindfulness, Vedic astrology (Jyotish), and Tantric Goddess practice — the complete Vedic inheritance.
06
A real ongoing community
Graduates join the sangha — a global network of practitioners holding the lineage forward. Quarterly gatherings, advanced trainings, and the kind of practice friendships that last lifetimes.
Frequently asked questions
What walks home with you
From our students
21 Days with the Goddess was a profoundly transformative journey of self-discovery. The practices, wisdom, music and daily sangha created a space of deep nourishment and connection.
