What's Included
Astrology becomes most useful when it moves beyond information and becomes something we can work with in our daily life.
Each Wednesday, Ritika begins by sharing the important astrological movements and transits affecting the current moment.
What is moving in the sky?
What themes may be present collectively?
What is this particular moment inviting us to notice, strengthen, or work through?
From there, we move into practice.
Through Kriya, breath, meditation, and awareness, the wisdom of Jyotish becomes something we experience — not simply something we understand intellectually

Jyotish
Ritika shares guidance around the current planetary movements and astrological transits. The intention is not prediction. It is to understand the energy of the moment and how we can meet it with greater awareness.

Kriya
The group then moves into a guided Kriya Yoga practice connected to the themes of that week.

Meditation & Integration
The session closes with meditation, stillness, and space to integrate the practice.

Cosmic Mentorship is intentionally not a large recorded library.
The practice is connected to what is happening now.
After each Wednesday session, members receive the recording from that morning.
You then return to that practice throughout the week
The following Wednesday, we meet again, look at what has shifted astrologically, and begin the next practice together
