A half-day of sacred geometry, mantra and stillness

The Sri Yantra is one of the most revered forms in the Tantric tradition — a meditative image of the Divine Mother at the heart of Sri Vidya.

In this half-day sadhana with Ritika, the yantra becomes something to practise with rather than simply look at.

Through contemplation, mantra and meditation, the experience offers an accessible way to begin relating to the Sri Yantra as a living support for inner practice.

What we will explore

Over the course of the session, we will move through:

  • The Sri Yantra and its place in the Sri Vidya tradition

  • The bindu, the triangles and the layers of the yantra

  • Yantra contemplation — steady, gentle gazing (trataka)

  • Mantra practice, including 108 repetitions with a mala

  • Meditation on the bindu and inner stillness

  • Ways to continue a simple yantra practice at home

The intention is to leave with a simple, grounded practice you can return to.

The Sri Yantra

A map of the inner journey

At its centre is the bindu — a single point. Around it, nine interlocking triangles rise and descend, held within circles of lotus petals and a square frame.

Moving from the outer edge to the bindu, the yantra traces a path from the many back to the one.

In Sri Vidya, the Sri Yantra is approached with reverence as a form of the Goddess Lalita Tripura Sundari.

Who this is for

This experience may resonate if you:

  • are drawn to the Goddess traditions and Sri Vidya

  • wish to deepen an existing meditation or mantra practice

  • are curious about yantra as a living tool for practice

  • have joined Ritika’s Kriya, Tantra or Dasha Mahavidya teachings and wish to continue

  • No previous experience with yantra or Tantra is required.
